"Mead-like" on the nose. Beautiful honey-lemon palate. Not too sweet, even though it's a demi-sec. Way too easy to drink!
White - Sparkling

Lightly floral bouquet. Reminded me of freshly laundered clothes or summer breezes. Fore- and mid-palate barely ripe nectarine and nectarine skins.

This is NOT your typical PG. Nose is lychee, honeysuckle, and underripe peach. Taste is unsweetened applesauce, lemony candy, and honeysuckle. Flavors are more like an auslese riesling than a PG. Perfect summery wine! A real surprise! Very tasty with chinese food!

Meh. Not special. Slightly lemony &/or green apple. Very one dimensional.

Wow - is this one sticky sweet! Almost candy sweet. It does have orange peel & raisin character, but it doesn't have the acid background to cut the sweetness (which you would get from a good TBA or Commandaria). This would actually be good as a flavor agent for sno-cones.

Day 1 of this wine: 2 hours in the glass - lots of raspberry and dried sour cherry on the palate. Long, long finish. Really loving this wine. Not complex on day 1. Waiting for day 2 & 3.

Nose: slightly green, "living" smell; slightly earthy; smells like a "summer day"
Taste: Sour cherry /cranberry; tannic all along edges; "black earthy" mid-palate; Lingering finish esp. along mid-palate Will hold up to some seriously rich, rustic foods.

Nose: Hot!!! Cranberry, cough syrup, faintly cinnamon candy
Taste: Gack! Serious cough syrup and intensely sour/unripe grape.
White - Sweet/Dessert

Heavenly! Honey/pineapple nose. Strong candied pineapple taste. Like the top of a pineapple upside down cake.

Excellent! Beautiful honey nose. Apricot, honey, and slight pineapple flavors. Wish I had more!

Nose: Bitter chocolate, sour cherry/raspberry. There is a lushness that I can't attribute to a discrete flavor. It's sort of similar to that the lush mouth-feel you get when eating a whole spoonful of warmed hot fudge topping.

Palate: Cocoa powder/bitter chocolate, dried sour cherries, cinnamon & clove, black pepper. Tannins are present - rather like the skin on a slightly underripe red plum. Not a tannic - eating chalk experience. Tannins only dry out the middle of the tongue. Also don't taste a whole lot of alcohol. I only get the alcohol when I do a bad, slorpy inhale across a mouthful - which normally results in choking cough and spitting out the whole lot. Not very attractive.

Bleh! Nasty coppery aftertaste totally ruined the drinking experience! Aftertaste was as if you had licked a penny.

Nose: Slightly biscuit. Taste: sour cherry/raspberry. Mid-palate - slightly tannic, but not in a bad way. Long finish w/ grape - surprising for a sparkling.
