Really nice smooth tastey fruit up front. Finish is oaky. Medium body, nice drinking now, will improve with time.

The taste on the front of the pallet is fantastic. If the finish improves, I’ll be really happy with this wine

Jammy. Nice medium to full body. Smooth, with soft tannins and little to no heat. Quite delicious now.

My first zinfandel. Sweet and jammy cherry and green apples. Little tannins and acid. Nice long finish. A little bit of a musty nose.

Crisp, nose of clover honey. Full body, silky smooth long clean finish. Some citrus, lots of honey flavors.

I generally don't like whites, because of the in your face acidic taste. This was all silky and clean, no off acidic flavors. Nothing over the top and very well balanced.

Really nice nose on this bottle. Tannins are integrated well. Medium body, just shy of being jammy.

Alcohol and oak. At this point drink up or dump.

After about an hour the strong alcohol and oak blew off. Flavor increased a lot. Real nice after that .

Medium finish, medium body. Nice Carmel and fruit up front. This is a decent daily drinker.

Way past drinking date. Cork disintegrated and smelled like vinegar. Dumped the bottle.

Wine feels tired. A bit of stuff on the bottom for the first glass. I think this one is past it's prime

There is something in these Two Hands that I really like and find in no other Sryah. The nose right in your face after opening. The tannins and alcohol blend real nice. Great finish.

This is really the best bottle I've had. It has aged nicely and will continue to give for several more years. I have no idea where people get the drink range, but this is in it's prime.

Also, once again I see no advantage of cork over screw top. Vinter's should get out of the past and do better than using cork.

Oak flavors on the open. After about an hour it came together real nice. Soft tannins and alcohol. Viscous mouth feel with a long finish. This is the best bottle so far. Sad that I'm out, but it's time to drink up.

Corked! Aren't all Bordeaux's corked? I've never understood why crushed rock, tobacco and leather are desirable in a wine.

Young wine. Highly viscous, fruit forward, well balanced wine with a long long finish. Give this a few years and we got a 100 pointer here.

This is my first Bevan, will be buy more next year.

Smooth, lemon and honeysuckle with a nice long finish. Thick full bodied wine. Nicely balance wine. Not as expressive as an Aubert, but a much better balance.

Still young, but came together real nice throughout the night. The transformation was the most unique to any wine I've had. When we opened the bottle, it was smooth as silk. With the fresh onion bread it came alive with tannins and alcohol blend that was perfect adding a peppery taste. The crab cakes pulled a vanilla creme from the wine. Steak I could taste the fruit, big and voluptuous. And finally desert with a chocolate sundae, it taste like the best well balanced silky fruit I love in Syrah.

Then I stumbled home.

The wine looks brick colored. The legs are medium. There is no sediment in the bottle. It smells like blackberry. It tastes like blackberry. The body is medium/full. The wine has satin-like texture. The wine finishes medium. The wine has low acidity.
