The wine looks purple colored. The legs are medium. There is heavy sediment in the bottle.

Delicious as always!
The wine looks purple colored. The legs are slow. There is no sediment in the bottle. It smells like strawberry jam, plum and plum. It tastes like blackberry. The body is full. The wine has leathery texture. The wine finishes long. The wine has medium acidity.

Loved it...the cork crumbled, but t was fantastic. Aerated and drank after opening and breathing for 25 minutes. Wow.

I'm not a Chianti lover, and I did not think this would be good still, being 7 years past the end of the drinking window, but it was really enjoyable still. The cork crumbled, but I used an aerator which had a filter and it was perfect

Even better on day 2.
