Nice everyday wine , full of fruit and flavor. Only slight tannins and a very slight lingering bitter aftertaste, but overall enjoyable for the price. Not many $15 list price cabs knock my socks off and I didn't expect this one to, but I would buy again based on value.

Without a doubt one of the best wines I've ever tasted at this price point.
Great fruit, but with noticeable tannins and beautifully integrated oak. One of my favorite wines ever and I knew it on the first sip. Unfortunately I only bought one bottle when it was introduced, and a week later it was sold out. C'est la vie.

Full of fruit but tastes rather flat and ordinary. Neither tannins, nor oak are very noticeable. Not my style, and though a good wine, for me it is not worth the higher price it commands.

Full of fruit and pleasing oak overtones. Nice blend of dryness and tannins though has a slight bit of long lasting bitter aftertaste.Otherwise, nothing extraordinary stands out. Though it is an enjoyable wine but for the price probably won't buy again.

Nice and smooth, dry with fairly strong tannins. A noticeable and very complimentary oak taste. Has a hint of whiskey nose and flavor to it. The wine is a bit different in this respect and a good change , would definitely buy again.

The best Merlot I have ever had although admittedly I am not a Merlot fan and rarely drink them. Full bodied with lots of flavor-very robust for a Merlot with considerable tannins. Drinks more like a Cab. My only regret is that I wasn't able to buy more as it sold out so quickly. If I could have bought more, I think my Cabs would have taken a backseat for a while.

Good wine, a bit light , delicate, tinny for my taste- not full bodied enough. Very dry with light tannins. Drank better after several hours of decanting. Won't buy more given the price.

Aroma bursting of fruit. Tastes of extreme cherry and fruit, almost like a cherry tootsie pop. Though fruity, prolonged taste is ordinary an not as rich and creamy and complex as I would expect from a Napa cab. Tannins and Oak are light and not as well integrated as I would like. A good wine but for the price point I expect more. Will not buy more.

Ok, smooth but rather bland for a Cabernet. Very drinkable but too light for my taste, not complex, and light on the tannins. Won't buy more.

Never tasted a barbera wine. This wine was dark, rich, and full of fruit with a nice balance of acidity. For a low priced wine it had a high level of complexity and fullness and was very enjoyable-so much so I purchased a case. To hard to pass up for the low price with discount.

Full bodied , typical Malbec . Full of fruit and light in tannins. Did not disappoint for the price of $11. Would buy again at this price point. Wife , who is not much of a wine drinker, likes it.

Rich and full bodied. Dry with noticeable tannins. Not as smooth as some Napa cabs but very enjoyable. Letting it breathe for some time would help. Good bottle to store for a while. Will buy a few more and store.

Full bodied, dark, and a very smooth blend at initial taste . It follows up with very full tannins that are well balanced. I think this will store very well and be better with age as the tannins will mellow and more fully integrate. Will buy again and hold for aging.

Light bodied, dry, and a bit acidic. Not bad for Pinot , and better than most medium priced ones, but I am not a fan of Pinots as they are not my style.

Deep ruby color with aroma of pepper and blackberry. Taste is full of fruit and somewhat dry with only slight hint of oak. I thought I liked it but the finish is a bit tart on the tongue and this sensation lasts a too long. Altogether an pretty decent wine for a low price but for a few bucks more you can get much better.

Medium Burgundy color (deep for a Pinot)with floral aroma. Taste is medium and dry with hints of Oak. Not a big fan nor do I have much experience with pinots, not my favorite but Ok for a change and is good by itself or with any food pairing. Might buy again but not a lot of it.

Nose of pepper and berry, color rich burgundy but not as dark as other Zins. Taste is smooth, peppery, balanced and light. Not a powerful Zin and is light on the tannins , but a very drinkable everyday wine with a very low price point that you can enjoy with every dish and on its own.

Very good Zin. Very dark with aroma of smoke and pepper. Surprising smooth on the tongue with good tannins and full fruit. However, it is a very strong and powerful wine and is best enjoyed with a juicy steak or hard cheese. For me it's too strong to enjoy on its own but I'll buy more to enjoy with the right pairing.

Light and thin with not much taste of fruit or complexity. Not a Costco favorite even though recommended to me by the store wine seller. For $13, there are better selections.

Medium body, with nice aroma of fruit. Rich full fruit flavor with nice balance of tannins and dryness. Light on the Oak- probably less aged.
A very nice Cab for $13.00. Most store bought reds in this price range disappoint but when I am in need a a good quick purchase when I am out of my preferred reds, this red is my go to...

Smell of Blackberry and hints of granite. Not a lot of depth, medium in tannins and slightly acidic but otherwise smooth, fruity, and taste of flowers. Overall enjoyable for a lighter cab at a decent price point.

Nice deep color, medium body and nose of plum and blackberry and light oak. Taste of medium body with blueberry, blackberry and hints of oak/leather and fairly dry with medium tannins but without being overwhelmed with tannins. Taste is not complex and a bit on the light side of flavors but balanced for a medium dry wine. Probably tasty with rich cheeses and/or a nice red steak. Would buy again.

Very rich, dark, and thick looking. Tastes of plum with gravel and earth overtones.Tannins are noticeable and chewy but in a very nice way as it sits on the pallet well- a wine of substance and depth . Will buy more.
2nd review- I really love this wine. When bought at the heavily discounted price, there is no other wine I'd rather drink. Its strong and I like to say "it'll put hairs on your chest" but its my style-so much so that I bought a few cases. Should have bought more.

Nose like a cherry starburst, very fruity with some leather. Very deep and thick crimson color.
Tastes very juicy and dry while the tannins are well balanced and sit softly on your palate. Very nice would buy more.
Can taste mostly the fruit of a Malbec and slight dryness of the cabernet.

Chocolate, cherry and plum, and gravel nose. Dark rich color.
Taste is of chocolate, cherry, and very slight but nice oak.
Very, very smooth tasting without much tannins-not very dry.
Very juicy.
Somewhat light but an excellent pairing for everything

Purchased one more bottle later and the second bottle was a bit bitter ,not smooth, and the tannins stayed on the palate too long-a bit perplexed don't understand as I liked it so much the first time. Definitely different???? Third bottle purchased separately was like the first.

Nice dark and deep color, nose was earthy , smokey, and peppery, taste was similar and fruitful. The finish was a bit edgy though with the tannins-didn't finish in the mouth that well. Wouldn't buy again.
