Good wine overall, the tannins took some time to sweeten up, like a day...no obvious sign of wood, though I felt it was there, like a ghost I guess. The juice was mostly mineral with some dark fruit. I'm not sure that those tannins will ever really resolve. It's a good wine, just not perfect.

No premox here, just regular ox. It was delicious all nutty and mineral it was very calm and relaxed not worried about what anyone thought about it, just happy being, you know, chill'n. Medium to long finish, nice weight, a bit golden or straw in color.

Not as ripe and big as I expected. The wine had a very good brambly quality to it, kind of like an American garrigue. It was somewhat long and complex. The color, deep but not opaque. The nose smelled slightly of smoke, like smoked boysenberries. The palate was rich and the tannins were smooth.
Rosé - Sparkling

Lovely wine, delicate pink in color. The aromatics are made up of grapefruit, strawberries, and wet stone. The mousse is delicate and fine. The dosage is barely perceptible. The wine is light on the palate but complex and long. It's a very rewarding champagne.

This is a very good wine. Deep in color, animal nose, bright acidity, and medium plus finish. It is a bit brooding and seems to need more time to fully integrate. I liked it, but I'm thinking with a few more years, it will be better.

Very good dark berry/cherry fruit, some sweet baking spice and vanilla notes. It was long and complex with a more apparent sandalwood and dried fruit character on the finish.

This was a hot mess... Perhaps these are meant to be consumed young.

Beautiful nose here. Great color, obviously little if any filtering. The palate is quite reserved. The structure shows very good promise. The body is medium in weight. It could have used a bit more length. Over the course of three days, the wine continued to develop. Ten or fifteen years down the road, this could turn in to a very beautifully balanced wine.

This was very good, however, not profound. The color is gold, and the nose is expressive. The palate is rich with some sweetness that is balanced by a good dose of acidity. The wine was better on the second day and still good on day number three. I'll hold off for a few more years, opening another.

Wow. Think dense ripe pineapple without being too sweet or too rich or too sour. I usually feel this wine is over-oaked, however by the second day all was in beautiful balance.

Good wine with firm edges. The nose is very floral, color opaque, spicy meaty presence on the palate. Tannins are present and the wine has bright acidity. The length was fine. It will be better with time.
