This wine still needs time, from a half bottle with about 4+hrs in the decanter it came out of its slumber. Very powerful with gripping tannins and a sharp acidity which worked wonderfully with food instead of sipping it alone. Despite being a powerhouse I felt that everything was in good balance with all the appealing aspects of an Aussie Shiraz without any of the fruit bomb stylings

Excellent bottle, decanted for 2+hrs. At first the nose was shy but after a bit of air it became very expressive. Wonderful texture and lots of dark berry flavors. Will continue to improve with age.

Excellent Chianti, nose of berries touch of grip but approachable now, nice long finish.

Dark (opaque) garnet color, decanted for 1 hour. Slightly tannic but opened up with time. Nose starting of barnyard, spice moving to violets, tabacco, black fruit. Short finish. A good wine and went well with a Pasta/Tomato sauce dinner.

Great Wine, nice dark scents on the nose, blackberries, tar. Soft tannins that are present but not too gripping and a velvet finish, Could really taste the Grenache and the Shiraz grapes. Loved this one.

Served Chilled, Smell of Orange Peels, Kerosene, Herbs and Celery that continues into the taste with a nice smokiness, finish lingers and is warming. Next time it will be a half bottle if possible, 750 is way too much to get it all down in time.
