Lion d'Or. From the 147 Bin. Good, typical, cedar, coffee, structure, slightly less intense than the last few bottles.

Ripe, dark fruit, lots of wood, medicinal notes, massively concentrated. Certainly well made and it needs age, but I doubt I'll ever be a fan.

Hopefully in a weird phase, seems rather flat, lacks the usual vibrancy & precision. No storage issues.

Vandermeulen bottling. Almost certainly a fake although not a bad wine. Substantial oxydative notes, spice, dark fruit, some sweetness. As the oxydative notes receded, the other notes emerged, but the wine remained blocked.
