White - Sparkling
Very fine bubbles, honeycomb, dried green apple on the nose, dried tangerine peel on palate, dried orange peel on finish. Mineral crispness on the nose. Slightly floral honey strings throughout the palate.
Red
Gamey nose, eucalyptus, juicy cherry, tea, thyme. Delicious and great value for money.
White - Sparkling
Crispy, clean biscuit with rounded depth and minerality. Lemon zest on the nose and on the finish, fine but vivacious bubbles, white flowers and hint of white peach on the palette. Beautiful, clean, round, ripe fruit with a nice uncompromising balance.
White - Sweet/Dessert

Light for a demi sec. stone fruits and ripe lemon. Versatile, enjoyable on its own and with strong flavoured foods e.g. spice without being obscured or obscuring. Medium- finish.

Fresh-cut grass, but on the sweet side. Palate reminiscent of pandan, vanilla seed, with loads of minerals. What a treat. Fresh juicy lemon. Like a refreshing, fragrant slice of lemon poppyseed cake, with all the fragrance but none of the weight. A medium+ finish of citrus - not as much minerality though.

Red fruits, raspberry, cranberry. Black cherry. Rosemary, thyme. Eucalyptus? Minerals and hint of laver. Slight jerky. Red flowers. A glimpse of a layer unfolds with every sip. Fine tannins, medium finish.
White
Ripe but fresh lemon, hint of lime, lengthy minerality, hint of dairy. Saline and grass, like a sea breeze blowing through a grassy field. Slight bitterness in the finish but salinity and minerality for days, as well as zest.

White - Sparkling
Amber. Very toasty. High acidity. Finish of aged dried lemon peel. Slightly oaky. Still pleasant but not a lot of bubbbles.

Perfect for drinking now. Ripe raspberry, ripe blackberry. Black cherry jam. Cedar, earth. Ripe, concentrated and not saccharine. Slightly floral too - red flowers. There’s a pureness and refinedness to it. A very well-balanced wine.

Crisp, hints of green apple, very mild biscuit, hint of stone fruits - peaches perhaps? Vegetal, grassy. So Fresh and crisp without show-stealing acidity. Just mellow dryness.

Bread - warm baguette, dry, yeasty, rounded. Interesting flour/wheat nose. Herb - rosemary? Dried lemon, hint of dried apricot.
