Cool red and black fruits, savory herbs and bloody meat, black licorice and granitic mineral. Pure and authentic Syrah from California. Brilliant!

    3/20/14, 1:45 PM - At 5-6 hours, the wine was just beginning to unfurl. I would suggest at least a 12 hour decant (e.g., open in the morning for dinner that evening).
