Smell: Classic Pinot at first, Diaper, Wet Earth, poopy, Barn smell, Great nose ( This was at first smell, Later this fell off and the nose was boring)

Taste: Tart Bright not a lot of deep flavors, Cherry/Cranberry, tannnin and a hint of Alcohol, (As this opened up it had a bright cheery mouth feel)

Taste: This has good acid for a Cali sparkling, Crisp apple and a hint of Citrus, not alot of finish, but what's there is fennel.
This is good for a Friday after work sparkler. Made it throught the week Yeah!
