You can feel the quality. But even though it's been stored in room temperature it's obvious too early. But time pass and to my beef thing start to happen. It's really good but still a bit mute but with a enticing sweetness. Hold. 95

My first from my new order from France. It's a beautiful wine but I know it can show better than today. Probably around 94 today. Wait a year or two and it will show much better. Much, much better.

Drinking alongside with same makers 20 year old Tawny and like this more. BRB

Day 8 and still think I like this better than the 20. But it could be reversed snobbishment. 90-91.

A little green cab franc vibes. A sweetness to it that at first I find a bit overwhelming but after a while finds very charming. If this was a candy I would buy loads. 92-93

My first colheita and I'm surprised by the color. So light! With my french chocolate cake this is delicious. A lot left. Will be back.

Edit: Day 2 and it's fantastic. A feast of orange, dates, raisins. Yummy stuff said both me and me son.

Edit day 3: Just a little glass and it is shining now. Fantastic.

Edit day 7: Maybe best today. Maybe a touch of alcohole but nothing that disturbs. 92-93 and I'm glad I have one more bottle.

Concentration, bluefruits. Plum. Nice sweetness. Very good but not as good as -15 imho and questionable QPR. Maybe it will gain with some time on it's back? 92-93.

Sour cherries. Shows some age with autumn leaves, tobacco and leather. More sweet fruit comes as times goes by. Given 3 previous vintages 90 and I think that seems legit again. Good QPR but the price have gone up a bit too much. Stop that now please.

Where supposed to only drink a glass. But drank 3. Still half left and will be back. First glass was good but third glass was beautiful. Will be back. Just over 90 at this time.

Had some both day 2 and 3 and that was very similar. Maybe a bit too much alcohole but all in all a good port that grew with time. 91-92

Drink or hold.

My second bottle and this is more yummy than I remember. A lot of red berries where I certainly can feel strawberries. I can also feel som barnyard and that makes this very interesting. I am enjoying it. 91-92.

Edit: Drinking 2 more bottles and feels 92 is too generous. Changing.

2 hour decant. Comes across as kind of muted. Restrained. Don't know where it's been or where it's going but it drinks fine now. Dark fruit and coffee and then some. Restrained. 90-92. Will give no predictions on this one.

Raisins and heat. Some coffee comes into play. Some candy. Burnt sugar. Have a lot left. BRB.

Day 5: Had a glass day 2 but nothing had happened. But today it has. More balanced. Getting some stout vibes! True! Getting closer to 90 for sure.

Day 10: Today it´s just raisins. Best day 5. Will not buy again but won´t be unhappy if someone is pouring me some.

When opened it's concentrated, bitter and with clear alcohole taste. Medical. Just took a glass and then i did not want anymore. BRB.

Edit: Went back to it after six hours and the very rough edges were off. Actually rather yummy by now. But maybe not for all. Started out at around 74 and ended at 90. So around 88.

A very solid wine that drinks well now but probably would win on further cellaring but functions well now with food. Sturdy cherry cores and some black fruit behind it. Other notes dwell in the background. Think the best action is to hold on to this. 89-90.

Four year in room temp, including the hot summer of -18, so I had a reserve bottle ready but it was no need. This was absolutely beautiful now. Incredible with my chili and then grew the rest of the evening. Beautifully rounded wine. 94 for sure.

Warm smooth strawberries. A little heat. After the first glass I chill the rest to around 15 degrees and that helps. Initially I was quite impressed. But my enthusiasm cools down. It's not bad. Not at all. But it's just what you payed for. 88-90. Definitely drink it at 15 degrees.
