3/27/20, 2:09 PM - I’m no expert but that sounds flawed to me. I started a bottle last night that was very alive. More oak than fruit on the nose, but then really juicy with big fruit flavours dominating the palate. If anything I worry the acidity will outlast the fruit, but not for many years on last night’s showing.
