9/24/22, 9:30 AM - Drinking my first bottle now and it’s certainly rather unique. It does have that creamy texture but actually has no Malolactic at all. 36 hours skin contact apparently to gain extra richness and depth.
1/14/22, 12:53 PM - Had another bottle tonight and the sweetness is dissipating. Doing rather well
1/4/22, 1:40 PM - Not sure it needs much to be honest. An hour wouldn’t hurt but it was very approachable .
12/11/21, 10:05 AM - Great - Thanks for that. I’ll look for the lot code next time stamped onto neck as saw nothing on back label or anywhere else but that’s very helpful. So this probably was a 2018/19 release I have a few more in storage so will check.
11/26/21, 7:51 AM - Interesting thought. Can very much be drunk now and will evolve over hours but holding will not do anything to hurt it.I’m slightly torn between opening the full bottle I have to enjoy or leave for a while.
10/2/21, 11:12 AM - Yes I was lucky to get a case at release a few years ago. Prices have rocketed since and it’s hard to find now so glad I took them when the offer came.
1/26/20, 9:04 AM - Yes thanks - I’m sure your right and wouldn’t dream of drinking a Bordeaux until 12 + like you say. Given it’s a Cali second wine I thought it would be about ready (Dominus I leave for longer) has plenty about this to leave for some time.
1/18/20, 7:33 AM - And feel free to age it many more years - had some mid 90s that are still feeling young.
