Nice cab from Sonoma. Cherry dominates and there is a tart finish. Medium acidity with a short but satisfying finish. Had with steak but might have been better with lamb, game or even duck.

Well, balanced, and fruity. Does not need decanted

It may deserve a better score than this. I did not decant and it was a very tannic wine with higher levels of acidity. Even a frother in the glass did not open it up. But we could tell it was a well constructed wine. Went well with the short rib ragu. This wine needs at least a 2 hour decant

Very nice right out of the bottle. Well balanced with BlackBerry and cherry notes. Did not need to open up. Moderate tannin and acidity

Decanted for an hour which was not enough. Used handheld immersible froth unit to froth glass 100%. Opened up quickly to expose a smooth well balance cab. Not as fruit forward as some cali cabs. Structure more similar to a big Italian red from Tuscany. Pronounced acid which worked well with our ribeye.

Drinks like a cross between a Riesling and Sav Blanc. Sweet up front with a citrus finish. Went very well with sushi

Did not even decant and it was still super smooth. Everything in this well balanced wine is under control from the fruit to the tannins and acidity. Just so enjoyable.

Love this wine. Smooth balanced with subdued oak. Just enough acidity and citrus to keep it interesting.

High level of acidity and muted fruit. Not bad but pricey for what you get. Have had much better in past years

Blackberry and cherry notes. Tannins were subdued but higher in acidity and medium bodied. No decanting and it did not need it. I always love this wine with steak due to acidity. Did not disappoint with a primal 2 inch ribeye.

Sour cherry out of the gate with medium to high acidity. Blueberries on the back end subtle tannins and a medium finish. Not a good match with tomato sauce as we found out.

Not the big fruit bomb like 2017 but still damn delicious. Perfect with a nice tomahawk but drinks well on its own. Still our favorite Zin

I found it pleasant enough but a bit flat. Tannic but not overly so with north earth notes than fruit. Reminded me of a good but not great Rhône wine.

Big fruit up front featuring blueberry and blackberry. Pepper hits latter with another punch of lucious blueberry. Pronounced tannins with medium acidity. A very long finish and big mouthful all the way to the end. I love this wine and bought some of the 2018’s which are rated better based on early reviews. Had with a dry aged strip which was heavily seasoned and smoked. Perfect match.
