Wine was actually a little harsh and tannic upon initial Pop and Pour. But after a short period mellowed into a really nice tasting wine. Great fruit but still good balance and lingering finish. Is improving as I taste throughout the night. I think this wine still has life left (CT showing drinking window through 2020; I updated to 2026 for me, could be longer). Great wine. Still have 4 more bottles.

I kind of lost track of this wine and hadn't had any of the bottles. Drank 1st of 6 bottles in 2021. Wine was excellent. Really good. Better than the other wines of the night. This wine still has life for those who still have bottles.

I believe this is the best Syrah I have ever had. I am not usually a Syrah fan but this is more like a delicious Cab or Zin. It is super smooth right now. If you still have bottles open 1 now ! Nose isn't great in the glass but when you pull away aromas linger nicely. Flavors probably closest to blackberries and just long lingering finish

Wine was not good. Not undrinkable like first bottle but not enjoyable. Did not improve at all over 6 hours. Definitely not "creamy" from the AG 95 pt rating. Sad I have 2 more bottles.

More like the WS review than the WE one. It was ok but not as awesome as hoped. It actually was a bit thin for me more like a 2011 then a 2014. Finish lingers nicely.

This was awful. Smeled and tasted like $2 chuck for 5x the price. Not even sure how Charles Smith allowed this to be bottled under one of his labels. Awful. Couldnt even drink it.

This wine was still very good. Excellent balanced Syrah probably better than the 2008 Zanzibar since it had more fruit and zip. Drinking nicely right now !

Wine was excellent. So rich and smooth andjust yummy. Everyone seemed to enjoy this Syrah instead on the Pinot with the Thanksgiving meal.

This wine was really over the top and delicious. Very powerful. Rich. Decadent. I loved it. This seemed superior to the 2010 based on prior tasting note. Wish it was a little bit cheaper but definitely under $30 is very fair for quality of wine.

Not a fan of this wine. Pretty harsh, lemony, with high acidity. I would guess it would soften with time. My only bottle. Wont buy again.
