It was good - very light at first and out in some weight in glass. 2.5 hrs in more tannin spice etc. I have one more.
Red
Bought from the list. Cork disintegrated but wine was in good shape. Mature cab - ready to drink. Smooth. Currant, pencil lead, a little menthol…fine grained / integrated tannins.

Got grippier as it opened up. Pinot fruit. Minerals. Enjoyable
White
So enjoyable - bit of a rarity to have Italian Riesling. Great acidity and minerality. Hint of petrol. Lovely.
Red
2006 Andrew Will Sorella Horse Heaven Hills Red Bordeaux Blend (view label images)
Excellent Bordeaux blend with age. Still big but smooth. Drank with braised bison short rib.
Red
Very light on its feet. Drank well after hour decant with home ragu bolognese.
Red
Solid Cote Rotie. Awesome nose and palate - cherries, tobacco/smoke, game and earth. Structure and acid to go for a long time. Cut through rich Thanksgiving dinner like hot knife in butter.
White - Sweet/Dessert
2003 Château Suduiraut Sauternes Sémillon-Sauvignon Blanc Blend (view label images)
At 20, this is so enjoyable - apricots and honey comb, rich, and balanced.

Ruby color with clear rim. Really tight on the open - decanted and drank 90 mins later. Nose wasn’t giving up much … eventually cherries spice and bit of meat. Still has solid structure and mineral tang. Reasonably enjoyable after more air - like 4 hours - last glass best.

Had higher hope for this. Felt like the fruit ran out before the structure. Not much secondary either …I’ll sit on my other bottle I guess.
Red
For 20 years - bought this one in Italy and have been sitting on it. maybe past it’s prime but incredibly enjoyable as an aged super Tuscan.
White
This was pretty tightly wound with a solid mineral and acid core. Nice yellow color. Some fruit on the nose. I think still young…
Red
Cork disintegrated but wine was great - proper mature Bordeaux blend. A little short on the finish but all good.
White - Sparkling
Great with fried zucchini flowers.
Red
Solid. Still has a fair amount of backbone after a couple hours open. May wait a couple years to see where my last bottle goes.
Red
This is still pretty big and minimal secondary. Oak is integrated and tannins are fine grained. Picked up some momentum and kindof a brandied cherry thing as it got some air. Definitely enjoyable. Might have been even better with a touch less ABV.
Red
Solid Brunello. Typical aromas spilled out of the bottle on the cork pull. Rusty and clear. Cherries, leather, tobacco and asphalt. Opened 75 mins before. Flavors there with prominent and drying tannins. I think this can still go for a while.

In a great spot. Thoroughly enjoyed this with Pam roasted salmon and French lentils.
Red
No formal notes. Solid bottle…still very fruit forward and round. Excellent with grilled chicken and frites. Drank next to a 2013 ddlc sirens. The ddlc was lighter and earthier. All good

Agree with Julian. Solid place right now. I got a bit more cigar box. Would be OK to have a couple more…

Delicious pommard with grouper meunière, cauliflower mash and sautéed chard.

Nose suggests this is in kind of a shut down phase. Barely giving some cherries and iron/minerals. Dark ruby color. Clear meniscus. This tasted thin this evening…cherries there but with tannins and little after initial taste. 60 min air.

Seemed flat…had higher expectations for this bottle Opened next to 2011 Rochioli, which was showing much better.

JWG pretty much nailed it based on my bottle tonight. I’d say this still has potential to go for a while…

Nice garnet color. Pencil lead and cassis. Present yet mellow tannin. Shorter finish. Agree with others - some green that blew off. Enjoyable but drink now.

Enjoyable with roasted prime rib, creamed spinach and roasted potatoes. Smoothed out. This bottle threw a lot of sediment. Enjoyable and ready drink. Wouldn’t wait longer on these.

Drinking very well. Dark red. No signs of age. Intense cherries and forest. In balance. Delicious.

Opened and decanted. Clear rim ... some bricking but still clear ruby. Initially had a bit of phenol, which blew off after about an hour in the decanter and yielded elegant nose of cassis olive menthol and some pencil lead. Very smooth fully integrated. Nice aged pomerol...mouthwatering.
Red
Opened bottle ~60 mins before dinner. Nose was primary and some secondary - classic Barolo. Really well delineated cherries with some floral spice and earthy notes. Drinking really well - good acid and tannins are there but fine. Went very well with food. Very enjoyable and went quickly. Could see this continuing to evolve for some time.

Dark and still young. Agree with prior couple comments: typical, good, young. Day three drinking well still however with nice tea notes...

White - Sweet/Dessert
Really enjoyed this with multiple dessert courses. Sweet stone fruits, floral, honey, beeswax...nice mouthfeel. Delicious
Red
Decanted. Dark color - no bricking. Clear nose: cool dark berries and some funk that eventually blew off. Some other secondaries that came out with air and then seemed to fade. Enjoyable, mature even if a bit short finish...

Opened and left in bottle for 90 mins. Clear, rust-tinged red color. Initially a bit of sulfur on the nose that seems to blow off. Light red fruits and some forest floor. Tasted in line with nose. Light on the palate. Tannins fully integrated and didn’t seem to have much acid to hold out. Maybe me but this a bit underwhelming...have a couple more and seems they should be drunk soon.

Agree with the notes here from Oct. Better after 6 hours - clarity on cherries and spice. Still mouth watering. However now a tad reductive on the nose...this will benefit from a couple years I think.
