Popped and poured. Needed more time in the air to cool down tannins. Revisited a half hour later was much smoother with strong berry flavors. Deep red in the glass.

I opened as we started our 5-day Thanksgiving holiday.Whe first opened it was full of minerals and little fruit; obviously too cold. Allowed to warm up this wine opened to a wonderful well-balanced easy to drink montrachet. Not over the top in any direction. Color was a bit lighter than those I've had in the past and it was a little dusty in clarity. I would definitely buy again.

One of my all time favorite wines. I had with a wonderful Thai dish and it stood up just fine. Was very dark in color. Did not have a heavy weight on the palate. A lot of red berries, but not jammy. I only wish i had more in my small collection of wines.

Opened a bottle for my son's birthday. Used aeriator since we popped and poured. Color presented a young wine; deep red almost purple. At first tannins were strong, but as the wine opened in our glasses it became a well balanced pleasure with flavors of coconut and fresh berries. What a wonderful wine that with more bottle aging should become a classic.

When first opened smelled heavy in black cherry. First tastes were hot and filled with fruit. Color was very purple and clear. Proceeded to decant for an hour. Heat dissapated. Fruit intensified and then tasted some spice = pepper, clove. Tannins were not heavy. Good food wine - ate with a sixteen spice grilled chicken. Enjoyable and will buy more.

Wine was was very clear and purple. Upon openng noted the berries in the aroma. Did not decant, but let it sit opne for about 45 minutes. Smooth drinking. Tannins did not overtake wine. Noted cherry & vanilla flavors.
