Subtle floral start with black cherry and berry aromas and flavors. Excellent old vine concentration for Villages level wine. More red fruit also started emerging after an hour+ in glass. Elegant weightless textures I find as classically Chambolle. From 4 parcels near RN74, in the center and north parts of Chambolle (Chardannes, Herbues, Maladières, and Babillère). Great value wine that kept opening / unfolding in glass over 2+ hours.
