Very tasty, nice oak on the nose. Hitting it's peak, well integrated and balanced. Drink soon, tannins are starting to fade.

The nose was reticent and the palate started out lemon candy and honeydew melon. As it waemed up it became more complex showing orange fruit with a zip of acidity and lingering lemon on the finish.

There is a lot of fruit here and the tannins are softened but bright. I going it a bit out of balance as the oak was a bit too promanent. I also noticed an astringent property. The finish did not have much length. That being said, others at the table enjoyed it.

Candied cherry, toasty oak and spices on the nose. Plum and dark fruit on the pallet with a long tasty finish. The fruit is still very present and there is still some tannin too but I don't think it will last too many more years.

Love this wine. Still a good amount of tannin which suggests this could age even longer. Packed with dark fruits and a little bit of vanilla that linger on the tongue. I could detect a hint of watermelon at one point. Loaded with minerality, the Priorat from Capafons are some of my favorite wines.

Translucent ruby color. A little oaky at first that mellowed nicely with air. Cherry fruit on the nose with a bit of a floral note. Cherry repeated on the palet with caremel and baking spices developing as it sat in the glass. Not much aging potential as it is not very acidic. Drink it now.

Powerful dark fruit - Dark Cherry, blackberry, blueberry. Baking spices and caramelized oak. Nice long finish. The only thing that detracted from this was a little too much alcohol at times and the oak was just a little too prominent. It has plenty of tannin to last until the oak mellows.

This was not enjoyable. Astringent and for a 14.5 % alcohol wine it has an overpowering alcohol smell and taste. There is some nice dark fruit there but it was overcome by the acid and other off flavors.
