Light, clear red. Red fruit like strawberries, candy and minerals on the nose. Fresh and juicy, very present liquorice in the finish. Decent length. Drink slightly chilled.

Cherry, noble oak and some minerals on the nose. Quite fresh on the palate, juicy cherry fruit, good acidity. Solid amount of tannins. Enjoyable now, will be very good in 5-6 years.

On the bold side - noticeable oak and alcohol. But at the same time there are lots of dark fruit and some refreshing acidity as well. Reminds me of a Malbec from Argentine.

Day 2:
Light green color. The aroma has developed quite a lot since yestderday. Tropical fruit, hints of honey, apple and some minerals.
Much more present acitity and citrus in the finish on day 2. Still very young.

Spontaneous fermentation, only concrete vats. Pure forest fruit and licorice on the nose. Very juicy, ok freshness and fruit. Dry finish. A bit one-dimensional, but pure and enjoyable.
