Fruit is disappearing. Fine taste left but not more than that.

A personal and great chenin. Roasted almonds, fragrant spices and great acidity. Depth and diverse flavours. Love it.

Quite good with smokiness and good length. But after 1,5 hours a small 🐭 (mouse) popped it’s head out. 15 min later barely drinkable.

Save for a bit. Rather unbalanced between a nose of nectar juice and mouthfeel dominated by bitterness.

CT crashed. Not the most expressive nose, but in the mouth!! Length, complexity and a savoury slightly soapy mouthfeel makes for a great drink.
White
Sweet flowers on the nose. Follows with marzipan, thyme and saltiness in the mouth as well as great acidity.

Excellent for first sip. After 2 minutes undrinkable. Bad case of mouse :(

Delicate peach aromas with a nice slight tannic grip. After about 2 hours open bottle the mouse came walking in :(

PnP. Extreme VA that after 30-40 approached vinegar. Taste was difficult to distinguish.

Time to drink in my opinion. Fruit is disappearing.

Mainly tastes of pet nat-method. Overly yeasty disguises fruit.

Great natural Wine. Fantastic energy. Fatty depth from Macabeu and amphora. Matched well both with asparagus and after that fresh shrimps. Acid medium- so maybe not save for too many years.
Red
Still acid to go, fruit and berries not so prominent. Time to drink up according to my taste.
Orange

Still bit harsh. Oak is not fully integrated. Still acidity to save another maybe 2-3 years.

Classic orange aromas. More skin contact than orange Riesling though. Fairly acidic and not that much body. Had hoped for more, especially for price.

The wine looks ruby colored. The legs are medium. There is no sediment in the bottle. It smells like blackberry, black currant (cassis), strawberry jam and petrol. It tastes like strawberry, blackberry, black currant (cassis), orange, cherry, petrol, cinnamon and alcohol/hot. The body is medium. The wine has leathery texture. The wine finishes medium. The wine has medium acidity.

Vague notes from memory. Apple, nuts in the aromas. Delicious, "orange" wine. Great with a lot of food due to it's tannins.
