Much better than the first bottle I opened a couple of months ago.
Tte first one was thin and alcoholic without much character. This one had lots of chablis character and very good balance.

Still had some fruit left, nice acidity.

Fusle with some pear and floral notes on the nose. Lots of pear with some hints of honey and fusle on the palate. There is just enough acid to keep the wine from being cloying. Very short finish.

Interesting fruity nose followed by bright acidity on the palate along with tropical fruit flavors which linger on the finish.

Excellent dessert wine with a nose of apricots, almonds,and a bit of citrus. The palate followed the nose with lots pf apricot and orange marmalade. Remindfull of a sauternes, but much lighter on it's feet. Excellent acidity to balance the sweetness.

The wine looks garnet colored. The legs are medium. There is light sediment in the bottle. It tastes like blackberry, blueberry, black pepper and nutmeg. The body is medium/full. The wine has polished texture. The wine finishes medium. The wine has medium acidity.

Probably the best Rieslings Iv'e had in a long time. Golden in color with a nose reminiscent of a Sauternes with apricot, spice,and some citrus notes. The palate also reminded one of a Sauternes. With apricots, and spices, and a brightness and lightness that said differently.

lots of petrol on the nose, along with peach and pear notes. Apricots and peaches on the palate along with the spice notes typical of this vineyard. A fair amount of sweetness was balanced nicely with acidity. The fruit flavor and the spice carried nicely into the finish

Great nose with loads of dark fruit, chocolate, and just a hint of funk. Followed by a generous palate with loads of black and blue fruits along with a hint of chocolate and some subtle spices. Very nice finish.

The nose consisted of bright cherries along with some dusty spiciness. The palate was consistent with the nose presenting lots of cherry combined with some spice.
