Just a terrific nv entry level cuvee. This rested a year in my cellar after release and it benefited from that. Powerfull drink. Goes well with food. E.g. Cod, bacon, peas, risotto.

Had expected a little more from 08 vintage from this producer. The day before I drank a basic cuvee from Coutelas which was a better exp.

Bloodgrape peel, lemonjuice, honey, herbs. Mineral/chalky. Really delicious. Will develop from here, but I enjoy the freshness and crispness of this young wine.

Another two bottles today that hit the same spot. Sadly my wine dealer has closed shop, and now I dont know where to get more of this. Paid 30€ but is worth 50€ imo.

Very nice nose on this one. Perfumed and deep. Tannins are mellow and integrated. In a fine place and will continue to drink well for at least 5 years. Not sure it will get much better though.

A tight core of fruit, liquorice like. Displays strawberry as the primary note. Delicate. Very fine and light, but also nice concentration and energy. Own a case - lucky me.

Purple color, slight watery edge. Nose is fresh with cherries, strawberry, spice, leather tobacco. M+ acidity, m+ alcohol, m- tannin. Closed palet upon opening. More expressive after a couple hours of decant. Good energy but fruit is coiled up. Putting remaining bottles to sleep until its 10th year. 94+

Deg. 2012

Nose shows significant signs of aging. Coffee, cocoa, dried yellow fruit. Distinct oak element. Palet is fresh with a tight citric acid core. Drinking nicely, and this degorgement date is not getting any better imo.

Very juicy and fresh. With a hint of age showing on the nose. Dark and solid. Tannins are still a little tight, but I think that its a good drinker now.

4h later. Improved greatly. Showing more integrated. Might still be open for improvement with time. 94+
