Brick red, very scant nose, not the intense and complex aroma I'd expect of a Margaux. Dry, acidic and thin on mid palate. Yet, with concentration there was underlying fruit. A let down...I know this wan't a great vintage, but it really didn't match up to the other chateaus that I have tasted around it...
