2/13/22, 8:38 AM - Hans & Grete?
5/9/21, 5:11 AM - Thanks for the note! I took the liberty to translate your tasting note: "Great delight! Old balsamic, ripe cherries, melted tannins with the right dose of acidity. Exactly what I expected from a 10 year old Valpo! Best within the first 2-3 hours of opening."
3/29/21, 12:09 AM - Thanks for the excellent tasting note! I took the liberty of translating it into english:Slightly orange color;beautiful, harmonious, complex, elegant nose, mainly on notes of spices such as anise among others, prunes & a little syrupy impression. A beautiful floral & leather frame completes a "point" bouquet.Palate in line with the impressions of the nose, the texture is very smooth, medium body, good intensity, mainly on prunes, spices & tobacco. Long finish with a nice bitterness. Together just as harmonious as the nose. Excellent!
1/15/20, 4:30 AM - It will definitely have improved. The grapes come from the area of both Barolo and Barbaresco, but is not the finest storting. The wine is aged in oak for 2 years, and can therefore be compared to a barolo which only has to age 18 months in oak. I usually decant it for 2-4 hours before drinking.
10/25/19, 2:16 AM - Fedt at i sælger den, men kan vi holde reklame til sider uden for CellerTracker? Siden er til håndtering af vinkældre og deling af smagsnoter. Forsat god dag Y
