Very nice. It seems that my thoughts on this wine are quite different than others that have posted here. My wife and I both enjoyed this paired with the Beouf Borgenoine from Julia Childs "Mastering the art of French Cooking" I will be looking for more Meyney.

Good wine and I am a big fan of Damine Serene. Blackberry and a lot of fruit. For the price point I would probobly stick witht he Yamhill.

Wonderful big wine. Blask Cherry and a hint ofpepper. Served with Grilled filet and grilled veggies. The minute I tasted this wine I thought of the first winey tour I had at Charles Krug in Napa. Rustic yet very refined in an old world way. I will lay in a few more bottles ofthis one.

Good wine but for the anticipation and hype behind this it was a bit disappointing. A good wine but not a good QPR. Good fruit and the tannins are waining. Served with grilled KC strips. I have three bottles left but will seek out wines of the same quality but with a better price point and there are tons of them out there.

Not as good as the bottle I had a year or so ago. Too strong and forward for a merlot. It had too much edge on it for my liking.

Deep color and some flavor but it came off a bit astringent. Just too harsh. I never like it when I think of the word harsh whaile tasting wine. Generally I ama fan a Torbreck bit not of this one. On the bright side, it was my last bottle.

Very light and sweet. No stand out flavors that one would find in a more expensive sweet wine. Good QPR and a good wine to have on hand.

Excellent Chardonnay. Green apple and just a hint of oak, Generally Chards are just too oaky for my taste but this one was excellent. Excellent QPR Bought for $8 at Sams Club. I'll get more tomarrow.

Not bad but far to light and thin for my taste. This is more of a generic "table wine" than it is a merlot. Frankly I am not sure that in a blind tasting I could have identified this other than by guessing. Even at the low Price Point of $8.00 which I paid it isn't that good, but then again at $8.00 what am I expecting...Petrus.

A very good Merlot, better than the 2002. Paired with a grilled sirloin and twice baked potatoes. I think this will be a "must have" in my cellar.

A impressive Silver Oak as usual. At ten years old is is excellent and will get better, glad I have another bottle. Shows very balanced and stayed that way after a couple hours. I did not decant and it did not need it.

A good Shiraz but there are better. Good in the beginning but after about an hour is declined very fast. It became even a little bitter. Good fruit at the start but it even developed a bit of a nasty smell after about an hour. I don't want any more.

Excellent for 1998. I am a huge Paoletti fan and this bottle just confirms why. Very smooth, fruit but maybe a bit short in the finish. Drinking well right now, won't hold much longer.

A nice Margaux, not wonderful. Good nose and plenty of tannins. A few more years in the cellar will do this one some good. As far as QPR goes there are a lot of wines as good that are far more affordable.
