På topp nå vil jeg si. Fryktet at denne var over toppen basert på hva jeg har lest om 01 burgund i det siste. Veldig fornøyd med denne, søt fin frukt uten å være søtladen. God struktur og underliggende syrlige bær. Bra.

Nice red fruit, rather sweet, but with scents of licorice, red berries. It was probably best a few years ago. Drink up.

Skuffende. Litt tørrende avslutning og ga lite etterhvert. Mye frukt borte. Ok på duft til å begynne med men den tålte ikke luftingen i store glass.

This bottle was perfectly mature. Light golden color, the oak integrated, balanced fruit and acidity. I would never had guessed that this wine was 26 years old. Smells of flowers, nuts, a bit honey perhaps. Lovely!

Too young? The acidity and sitrus flavours are great, but the oak is still there. Try another in 6 months.

Decanted for 2 hours. Starting to show secundary aromas of forest, darker berries. Some wood, well integrated. But still with firm tannins and lot of fruit. Worked well with roasted duck. My 5th bottle, 4 left. I will open another bottle next year to follow the developement.
