Raspberry, cherry and rose notes, hint of tobacco, very smooth, no tannins. Might be one of my favorites!

Enjoyed the bottle with salmon and companion had ribeye. Wasn’t a perfect pairing for salmon but after an appetizer bottle of Sauvignon bland, was a great finish.

It was good, but not what I expected for the hype. I was finally going to buy a bottle of Caymus and was told by a few people the 2018 (current vintage) was under performing. I went hunting for an older vintage. This did not have the residual sugar I’ve heard so much about. It was good this prime rib but under performed for me.

Really nice with Cobia fish. Medium body, nice minerality, apricot notes, let breathe and don’t serve slightly chilled not fresh from the fridge. Was better through dinner.

Requires extended decant and cellar temp (I’m in Florida) and will be better in a few years. Paired extremely well with beef Wellington. Planning to save my second bottle for a few years. Learn from my experience and open midday for dinner time.

Crisp, elegant, medium body with a harmonious balance. Pairs well with a variety. Consumed on bottle with a charcuterie board and the other with seared salmon Caesar salad. Excellent with both.

Bright, citrus, floral nose. Medium body, medium acidity, long and dry finish. Apricot, peach and honeysuckle notes. Keeps mouth watering. Had this bottle with spicy Mongolia beef stir fry. Would like to try with sushi and oysters half-shell in the future.
