Tangy citrus, and gooseberry. Bready. Really interesting. Like a mad cross between Vin Jeun and dry Chenin.
Red
Great value! £5.50 in Sainsbury’s. Easy drinking and not particularly complex, but all is present and correct. Given a bit of air this is lovely every day red. Dark fruit and well integrated tannins.

2019 Wooing Tree Blondie Central Otago Rosé Blend (view label images)
Wines of New Zealand - The Unusual Suspects; 1/15/2020-1/17/2020 (Dulwich Wine Society): Pretty coral colour. Heartburn central.
Loads of acid, but thin on flavour or texture. Tasted like a cheap French supermarket rose. Could drink it very cold on a hot day, but definitely not at this crazy price.

Wines of New Zealand - The Unusual Suspects; 1/15/2020-1/17/2020 (Dulwich Wine Society): Very vegetal, green pepper nose with plenty of reduction. This doesn't really improve significantly in the glass. A touch of honey. Couldn't drink much more than a taster of this. Nice to taste something new though.
