14.8% abv. 100% spring mountain cab. I let it breathe for a hour in the glass before enjoying. Best at hour 4. A sweet nose. Relatively unconcentrated and low acidity. You're not going to enjoy this wine if you're not a fan of lower acidity wines. I happen to be.

I let it breathe for 1.5 hours before enjoying. I've enjoyed several vintages of this wine. This is one of the better for my tastes. Unusually soft and fine grained tannins for a red. Nicely balanced and seems relatively low acidity. Sour black cherry note. Mildly drying tannins.

90% Cabernet Sauvignon and 10% Petit Verdot. 14.5% abv. I let it breathe in the glass for an hour. Nicely balanced wine--not too ripe and not too acidic. Polished with midly puckering tannins and a long juicy finish. Concentrated. Leather, graphite and dark fruit notes. I really don't have much to add beyond the reviews below. Like many good cabs, it only got better over the course of the evening. So I second the notes below that you should plan to let this beathe 90 minutes before enjoying.

14.9% abv. 100% Oakville cab. Maybe this bottle wasn't stored properly but I'm not sensing a wine deserving of the scores I'm seeing. It's tight with elevated acidity. Full bodied with plum, cedar and pepper notes. Lots of potential but it's a ways away.

75% cab, 15% franc, rest merlot and verdot. 14.8%abv. I let it breathe 3 hours in the glass before enjoying. Rustic to me.
A sweet nose if you swirl away the heat . Bright cherry, plum and cedar notes. Good density. Maybe too tight still.

I let it breathe for 3 hours in the glass / wine fridge. Consistent with past notes. A medium to high density wine. Slightly elevated alcohol--its not hidden. Dark cedar notes under bright acidity.

100% cab. 14.5% abv. I gave it several hours out of the bottle before enjoying. Enjoyed over 3 days. Great fruit, but not as concentrated and dense as one might expect at the price point. Like a dense pinot. Bright, berry notes.

Consistent with my note of 2 years ago. The wine is still going strong. Perfectly balanced. Not overly acidic. Not too much alcohol (it obviously has a ton but it's not overbearing). A long juicy finish. Enjoyed over 2 days.

14.9% ABV. Enjoyed over 3 days. PnP on day 1. From Soda Canyon in Napa. With this amount of alcohol you need to give it a good swirl to pick up the nose, which is sweet. On the palate, pure fruit with sweet cola notes. A nice juicy finish. But the acidity seems too high as I've noted before.

Enjoyed over 2 days. Let it breathe for an hour in the glass each day. Lots of ripe fruit. Inky early on but the fruit takes over after an hour. Chewy tannins. Plum and nutmeg notes. The acidity has a bite that likely will turn off many.

I let it breathe for 2 hours and drank over 3 (half bottle). The tannins and midly chewy and sour but fine. The fruit is ripe and pure with dark plum notes. A juicy finish. I can see some finding the wine a bit too sour. But I like that.

This is an incredibly concentrated and ripe wine with chewy tannins. For me the acidity and tannins overpowered the fruit. Had hoped for a bit more well structured a wine. Didn't hold up well through day 3.

Not scoring bc I have to assume the wine was not properly stored and thus flawed. The nose was all over the place. Forest floor funk on day 1. Papaya/mango on day 2. Port on day 3. The taste was off as well. Too bad. Was looking forward to this bottle.

Consistent with my Sept 2020 note. The nose is floral and sweet and promises fruit on the palate that it delivers on the front end but it absent from the finish. Chewy and tannic. The finish is midly drying. Quite enjoyable.

I let this 100% cab breathe in the glass for two hours before enjoying. Had a sip on first pour though Started out medium weight and was nervous. But filled out over time. Just needed a few hours out of the bottle. Not a whole lot going on with the peppery nose with minor hints of menthol and nutmeg, but the fruit is pure, polished, dense and dark. Perfect acidity level. Really fine grained but dense with a long finish. Just right for me.

65% Cabernet Sauvignon, 11% Cabernet Franc, 9% Merlot, and 15% Petite Verdot. Bought at auction for not much so wasn't expecting much. But a pleasant surprise. Cork crumbled on open but the wine was just fine. A sweet perfumed nose. I found the sour cherry and cola notes I more often find in certain 100% cab wines. Given the blend, was surprised how much fruit there was. Pure and polished fruit with a long finish.

This wine was great on day 1 but average on days 2 and 3 (so my score is an average). Drink up once you open! Speaking re day 1, nose had forest floor funk on open. The wine was dense and concentrated but on day 2 started to exhibit elevated licorice notes. The concentration was no surprise, as the wine is approx 25% cab franc and the cab is clone 337. Wish I had simply enjoyed it all on day 1.
