First time I drink Sassicaia, big surprise as I have seen such a wine. Big personality with high level of elegance. Maybe I should have opened it 2 or 3 years before.
If you have it in your cellar, do not wait too much.

Flawed, which was a big surprise as this same wine was so delicious 3 monts ago. I guess this bottle was defected.

Beautiful white Rhône wine, so typical. Still young and fresh but perfectly ready to drink.

Stunning wine, perfectly mature. Kirsh notes with leather. All Châteauneuf-du-Pape should be like this one...

This wine is a perfect mix between french classical style and new world. Obviously, the grape varieties used are the main explanation.
The wine is hot but still has a beautiful freshness.
The lenght is very good, as well as the complexity.
Real good surprise!

Pape Clément is a very nice and typical Pessac Leognan. 2012 is not the finest but already complex and enjoyable. Worth the money.

A bit disappointing, expectations were higher, regarding the prestige of this château. The wine is dry on the finish with hard tannins. Nevertheless, it has some elegance. Troplong Mondot is a better QPR in my opinion.

A bit austere first but became very well balanced with some air. 100% merlot which is one of my favorite grape variety. Lengh is good.
Recommended.
A pure handcrafted wine from a little and exclusive domain.

This wine is dominated by acidity. I confess that beyond this default, il is well made, with tannins quite soft.
It suffers a lack of length and complexity to me.

Nose is very ripe, with a lot of red fruits, very enjoyable. On the palate, the wine is silky and well structured. Typically Bordeaux, Margaux style.
Drinkable now but can be cellared 5-10 years, not many more.

Rude and very acid. I had two bottles and first one gave me a quite good feeling but finally I realize that this wine is aggresive.

Nice quite a bit rustic.
Nose is very fruity and generous.
Palate is well structured with a good balance.
Lenght is essentially given by alcool but not excessively.
Better on day 2.
Recommended.

2014 Château Carbonnieux Blanc Pessac-Léognan Sémillon-Sauvignon Blanc Blend (view label images)
Flawed.
Acidity and lack of fruit.
A bit perplexed as conservation was good.
Nevertheless, first bottle drunk 2 years ago was pleasant.

Generic Côte du Rhône but very intense and sexy.
Even better on day 2.
Very good length with a lot of fresh fruits.
Worth the price, it could be compared to a much more prestigious appellation of Rhône.

More Bordeaux style than Domitilla, because of grape varieties. Very enjoyable.
Recommended, especially regarding QPR.

Clearly the best Ad Fines Domitilla ever made. Balanced, fruity, and delicate tanins.
Delicious, I bought 4 more bottles.
It should age very well for 8 to 10 years.

Nonetheless, ready to drink.

Ready to drink, everything is well integrated. The nose is very complex and delicate. This wine is extremely soft and silky. It is never excessive, sugar and alcool are very discrete, and the length is top. Highly recommended.

Not worth the money because of a lack of complexity and structure.
The wine is largely drinkable now, no need to wait.
Not bad but simply a second wine, do not expect to drink the Grand Vin with this bottle.

Worth the price, very elegant and quite structured.
Maybe not at the level of a Barolo but this Barbera is a bargain.
Drinkable now but can be stored for a couple of years (or more).
Moreover this wine is biological.
Good pleasure.

Needs some air but the wine is really drinkable now. It has an elegance and is very persistant.
It may first seem quite strong but is not as there no hard tannins and the red fruit is well present. It is easy to drink and recommended for a good moment.

Ad Fines is a very little estate (2 hectares) with very high ambitions. Domitilla is put on the market after an additional aging in the bottle for an optimized tasting experience.
For the price, it is a bargain. Wines are very silky with a good complexity.
To be followed tightly as the vineyard is getting older year after year, with a constant adjustment of the wine-making process.

Very aromatic, with a beautiful dense color. Worth the money for those who are familiar to the white south wines of France. Roussanne is very typical.
Maybe a bit more length would make it a very great wine.

This kind of wine can be magic in a great vintage, unlike 2007...
Nevertheless, after an appropriate aeration of 4-5 hours, it comes to a good level of pleasure. Finally, this wine is a classic Pessac Léognan, with refined aromas of cherry and silky oak tanins. Does not worth the price whatsoever.

La Clide benefits a very good localization in Saint-Emilion and is neighbor to very prestigious domains.
The 2011 vintage is typical of the estate and is very drinkable now even if you can still store it for a few years. It is medium bodied with a good balance and maturity. Tannins are well integrated and the complexity is good.
The quality ratio is really outstanding, especially regarding the attention given to the grapes.
