Decanted for an hour, but it was too early to start. Better would be 2 or 3h. Then it opens much more and both aromas and flavor start to be more intense. No risk to start late, as its nose and palate do not change over time and just get more expressive. It still has a lot of acidity and tannins. It is approachable, not ready yet. Cherries, nail enamel remover, quince, oriental sweets, raspberry jelly, rowan on the nose. Cherries and red berries on the palate. In blind drink I would rather think of Brunello or Barbaresco. Good value for money.

First we let him breathe in decanter for 1.5h. After that it has been perfectly opening and gently changing for about two hours we tasted it. It has outstanding, opulent, elegant, complex nose. Could not stop sniffing its aromas for 10 minutes before trying to taste it. On the nose it had great mix of barnyard, cows, berries, dried berries, espresso, chocolate, rose hip, quince, leather and slight menthol. After those great 10 minutes I finally decided to taste it. Wine had no attack. It was very gentle and it took about one hour for me to really get to its great flavor. Wine had smooth pleasing texture, you have to drink it slowly. Moderate sugars and acidity, soft fully developed tannins, I was able to clearly distinguish them only after 3h. Its taste was full of chocolate, coffee, red berries, dried fruits, eucalyptus, gooseberry jam. I believe it is in its primes now.

On the nose heavy peach, apricots, apples, walnut, melon. On the palate apricots, walnut, melon. Very well structured tannins. It is oily in glass and on the taste. Very long lasting aftertaste with a walnut prevailing in it. It is a great orange qvevri Rkatsiteli, only Georgia is able to produce.

Lots of tannins! Savory on the nose. Full bodied, elegant, like Laura Antonelli )) After 1.5 hours develops gentle leather, tierisch notes. Lots of power. Probably on its peak or even has potential. Nice wine.

Powerful on nose and palette. On nose it is dominated by cherries, pepper and leather. On palette, it is full of powerful acidity and taninns balanced with significant sugar. This wine has a strong taste of black currant and blackberries. Worth to try as a part of Mallorca overall experience.
