Beautiful smell of blueberry and caramel. Tight core not yet releasing what it might have to offer. Tanins still a bit bitter. Not sure whether acidity is enough for long cellaring. Despite Parker suggesting a 2019-2027 drinking window, I would not open this before 2023. 91 (might be 93 with more age)

I believe Domaine Guiberteau to be an utter genius vinery.
This one has beeswax, honey, smoke, frankincense, vanilla, butter, popcorn and salinity in ever changing layers and portions. The cutting acidity perfectly balances the rather warm aromatics. Van Gogh perfect golden sunflower colour. This wine ist profound, serene and delicious!

Great length and wonderful dark cherry and plum notes. Some eucalyptus and licorice but mostly prune. Very layered, very deep. Only flaw perhaps a bit too much heat (15 alc.) but a very good Barbera. Perfect balance of acidity and smooth roundness right now.

Rare flowers and grass, speculatius, nutmeg & christmas spices. Bitter orange, vanilla - strange seductive mixture. Exotic. Acidity good for some More years, try in 2021+

Unkompliziert, etwas Erdbeere. Stört nicht, gibt aber auch nicht viel.
