In the galss the wine is deep red with a hint of brown on the edge. A lovely nose of fruit. The palette shows some signs of age, however still lots of ripe cherry fruit and oak on display. Good balance, with a firm dry finish. Still plenty of life in this wine.

1st bottle opened from a box of 12. Lovely colour in the glass, with some spice, briar and fruit on the nose.
The wine is smooth, with dominant flavours of plum, and liquorice.Quite an elegant wine with excellent weight and balance. Drinking very well now and will continue to please for another 2-5 years.
