This Shiraz was decanted for three hours prior. Nose of blueberries with a little funk/earthiness. Palate was similar to the nose, with layers of blueberry, spice, and a touch of earth. Overall the wine seemed a little disjointed/young, and I will hold off for a couple of years on my remaining bottle. Potentially a great bottle of Shiraz for a decent price, $30.

Awesome fruit forward pinot. Anderson Valley shows some huge potential.

Splinters in my tongue. The thing that kills me about Lonetti oak is that the bottles usually taste like there is nice fruit underneath. My third and possibly final bottle of Leonetti.

Bright fruit, spice. Tasty. Have seen this wine described as one dimensional, and would definitely disagree. Will improve/integrate. Will wait on remaining six.

Underwhelmed by this bottle. Needs time, austere tannins. Potentially very good down the road.

Very good now, but should have waited. Nice complexity with usual Command fruit. Not over the top Aussie.

A very solid cab that I would describe as Bordeaux like. Well balanced primary flavors of currant and berries, followed by smoke, vanilla, and a touch of tobacco/earth on the finish. Decent value at $40.00/per. Would probably last another 8-10 years.

An utter diappointment. I imagine the flavors of this wine would be similar to licking the inside of an oak barrel. The fruit in this wine never stood a chance. Overpriced oak juice.

Dark berry flavors are intense. Secondary black pepper and spice flavors. Usual heavy dose of Rosenblum oak/vanilla. No noticeable heat despite 15.6% abv. Consume with spicy or intense food. Tonight was paired with asparagus and smoked mozzarella pasta and garlic asiago bread. May improve, integrate further with six more months in the bottle.
