Seems mature, but no indication of being on the downhill side yet. Medium full body with a medium length finish. Lots of fruit still and not much tannin as last time. Nice with a steak.

Normally I’m not a big fan of single varietal semillons, generally prefer it in a blend. This one makes me rethink that. Good mouth feel with simultaneous good acid. Nice long finish. Nice sipping before dinner and great with the grilled chicken and bacon sandwiches.

Drinking nicely though a bit lighter than I prefer. No flaws detected just nothing particularly standout. I will probably not keep holding these and will drink up casually over the next year.

Took this to an Indian restaurant and while it was hard to evaluate the wine in that environment, everyone was happy with how well it worked with both the cream and tomato based sauces. Big enough to stand up but didn’t magnify the heat like some reds do.

Lovely bottle, though not up to my expectations. Nose was understated, body was medium full, but less than I expected from this wine. Finish was nice but again not quite what I expected from it. Probably not going to improve a lot more in my opinion. Enjoy now!

Nice nose. Lovely bright red fruit on first sip, enjoyable medium body, and pleasant if shortish finish. Good food wine but satisfying as an after dinner quaff. Probably has years ahead, but ready now.

I was surprised how enjoyable this was. Pretty full bodied with a decent finish. Fully mature and ready to drink now. Lots of yummy fruit still, but tannin is almost undetectable. Just enough acid to balance the fruit. Nice with our grilled cheese sandwiches (cheddar, smoked blue cheese and bacon) and really good with the truffles afterwards.

I think this improved in the past years since my previous bottle. Substantial body and enjoyable finish. Somewhat one dimensional, but still enjoyable. If I had more bottles I would be tempted to give them another couple years.

I couldn’t detect much nose beyond Rocks funk. Palate began pleasant enough but unremarkable. After half an hour it opened up nicely with a medium to full body, good balance, and enjoyable finish. Should give it more time after opening.

Still young for our taste, but pretty nice. Dark appearance with a full body, integrated tannins, nice longish finish. Rocks nose, but not overly funky. I should see if we can get more to keep for a few years.

Unlike my previous bottle, this one was still nice. Lovely nose, decent fruit, some tannin still present at a pleasant level. Medium finish. I would still be drinking it up if I had more.

Delicious! Great balance of fine tannins, enough fruit, full body and not too alcoholic. Took half an hour or so to open up, but then was amazing with my osso buco lamb. Wish I had a case more of it.
