October 6, 2020 - Fresh and crisp, ripe apple with a nice bubbly. Fully flavored and smooth. Fresh, and bright.

I liked, but did not love. Likely not to repeat. It had a certain funkiness that clearer up after opening up, but still didn't love it.

Unusual would be an under statement, but unusual in the most positive way. Dark orange in color, not quite full bodied, but fuller than any white wine I've had. A funky delicious flavor, with hints peat and high acidity.
