Rosé - Sparkling
Deep pink color, red fruits with almond croissant notes. Very creamy sparkler with nice white cherry accents. Really like what I've had from this producer.
White
White orchard fruits, some vanilla bean notes on the palate. A well made wine for the area.
White
Tropical fruits, unripe pineapple core all with a flat no acid core. Other CdP blanc's appeal to us more.
White - Sparkling
N.V. Berlucchi Guido Franciacorta '61 Extra Brut Franciacorta DOCG Chardonnay Blend, Chardonnay (view label images)
Very nice sparkler, very creamy, slight yeast along with mouth puckering lemon and citrus notes with pleasant bubbles. Very much enjoyed.
White - Sparkling
Ok sparkler BdB but rather non-disrcipt with little fruit present.
Red
Pnp, black cherry, dark red fruits in a very fruit forward style but in a more a subdued style. Very integrated wine with spice notes and smooth finish. Drinking very well at this time.

White
Needs time to open up, steely lemon, citrus, no oak present in a very light style chardonnay. Got better with more time in glass.

White - Sparkling
Rather nondescript sparkler devoid of fruit, really not much there to mention.
Rather bland muted fruit if any, better cremants out there for about the same price.
Red
Black cherry, olive tapenade along with some lite smokiness with a nice finish. Nice $20 Italian red wine for pizza and various red sauce dishes.
Rosé - Sparkling
Creamy red fruits, strawberry with a touch of lemon/lime. Ok Champagne for the price but also feel some rose cremant's at lesser $$ do the job just fine. Just thought the dosage was a tad sweet.
Red
Opened 1/2 hour prior, drank slow ox over 2 hours. Subtle red fruits with some white cherry notes, spice, all with a subtle smooth seamless finish. Very polished RM Pinot from start to finish, very high quality wine. Really hit the spot and wish I had more of this vintage. Well done and very much recommended.
Red
Opened 1 hour prior then slow ox in glass over 2 hours of consumption. On the nose wood spices along with red fruits. On the palate early on, red raspberry, wood spices, some coastal scrub pine notes along with a slight wood note. Later on the wine seemed to change to a more reductive red raspberry compote with some pomegranate. Think at this point wine needs about 2-3 years to come together. Good stuff here if you a are patient.
White - Sparkling
Red fruits along with a touch of lemon on the finish. Ok cremant but thought the dosage was a touch sweet for my tastes.
Red
Cellar time seemed to improve this offering. Sames notes as before with a little more refinement, smoother finish. A reliable CA cab in the $40 to $45 range.
Red
Pnp, black and blue fruits with a touch of a vanilla on a moderate finish. Seemed better with slow ox in glass. Ok wine for the price. Drank along side a '16 Honig Cab which seemed to be smoother at $20 less although the cellar time probably helped the Honig.

White - Sparkling
Clean citrus led by grapefruit notes, not much yeast or bread notes. Very easy drinker with small bubbles.
White - Sparkling
Solid Champagne with notes of lemon, citrus and slight yeast notes. Should appeal to many as a good cocktail hour wine on its own or with simple fare.

Red
Opened 1 hour prior then decanted for 4 hours then re-bottled and bought to dinner. Dark fruits, some cedar shavings, slight vanilla tones on a smooth finish. Good, should i say old school style of CA Cab for those not looking for the fruit bomb style. Went well with rack of lamb chops Christmas Eve.

Rosé - Sparkling
Easy drinking sparkler, red fruits with a touch of yeast/bread. Ok for the price paid. $15 US.
Red
Dusty cherry notes, white cranberry maybe along with subtle medicinal spice notes. Rather "thin" version of Eastside compared to other vintages. Qpr becoming rather suspect at this point maybe?

Red
Same notes as before but seemed to lack a punch, very thin on the palate and nose.
White - Sparkling
Very enchanting BdB champagne. Lemon flower along with a touch of yellow apple with nice small bubbles. Very nice wine to start out Thanksgiving. Definite re-buy for a quality NV Champagne. Disgorged Nov. 2022.

White
Seemed rather thin on the palate, matchstick on the nose which blew off but the wine never seemed as plush as recent vintages. Will hold judgement as this might just be an off bottle.
Red
Opened 1 hour prior and brought to dinner. Mix of red fruits with cranberry and pomegranate showing the way. Some salinity on the smooth finish. Thinks it needs some more time to come together but shows promise with some more cellar time.
Red
Seems to be in a nice sweet spot now. Red fruits, white cherry, cranberry along with baking spices with a nice smooth finish. Better than a year ago, drink up and enjoy.
White - Sparkling
Tasting @ Gary's in Madison NJ. Small bubbles with fresh green apple and citrus notes on the palate with a enjoyable smooth finish. Nothing to complex but does an above average job for a Cava. Was the best in the lineup of the four Cava's presented at the tasting. Worth seeking out.
Red
Opened 1 hour prior to consumption. On the darker side of the Pinot spectrum but has a nice mouthfeel. Dark red fruits, some underbrush, cranberry all with nice structure. Seems built for the long haul but drinking well at this time with a little air. Also seems to have a savory note to it on the finish. I have been critical of RMSC in the past as being hit or miss, but this vintage/blend seems to hit all the right notes at a great price to quality ratio. Have 5 more bottles and will like to see their development at different stages.

Red
Pnp, but let sit in glass for 10 minutes. On the the palate, pomegranate, some crushed red fruits with subtle earth and spice followed with a dare i say some pine needles and orange rind. Really nice mouthfeel, very subtle. Really elegant wine from RM that hits all the right notes, subtle fruit along with itinerary notes. Very much enjoyed that could go well with various fare served. Seemed to really get better with more time as last glass was the best. Wish i had some more of this offering.

Red
Opened 1 hour prior to serving. Very light in color, candied red fruits on the nose. Very lite on the palate with dusty red fruits, some salinity with a smooth medium plus finish.
Red
Pnp, some red fruits on the nose and spice notes. Dusty cherry, red fruit along with fine dusty tannins, slight earth and spice notes. Moderate smooth finish and yes seemed to open up with more time in the glass over three hours consumed. Seems to by my favorite among RM single vineyard offerings.

Red
By the glass off Ruth's Chris list. Dark fruits with soft tannins follows by a nice finish. Seems to be well structured for a $20 Merlot.
Red
By the glass off Ruth's Chris list. Fruit forward, blue and black fruits with a moderate finish. Ok for a $20 bottle.

Red
Not much fruit to think of, earth, oak chip with a short finish. On the nose burnt firecrackers with a sulphur smell. Really not much here for us to like.
White
Very dull on the palate, lacks any acid. Pear, muted stone fruits but seemed to get better with more time in the glass. On the fence about this offering.
Red
Very perfumed on the nose, crushed red fruits, cherry and spice. Very dull on the palate but still very smooth on the finish. Just wished the palate matched the nose. Hope remaining bottles drink better.

White
Very fresh and clean wine with bright lemon notes along with a citrus kiss with a mineral tinge on the finish. Went very well with a portabella milanese appetizer. Very well made wine from Trout Gulch Vineyard fruit.
Rosé - Sparkling
Very plain wine as bubbles dissipate quickly. Muted tones of red fruits, some apple with a short finish.
White
Years ago used to drink a lot of this stuff, today's version white grapefruit pith along with some lemongrass notes. Ok SB for the price but I think my taste for this style has changed.
White - Sparkling
Typical Cremant profile, apple, citrus with bread dough yeast. Fine bubbles that dissipate rather quickly, ok for the price paid $16.
White - Sparkling
Cherry notes with lemon/lime citrus notes wrapped up with a yeasty finish. Definite Champagne flavors and tones and very tasty.
White
Spearmint, slate with mineral tones with citrus notes but comes together nicely for a change of pace Chardonnay which some Chardonnay drinkers may not appreciate that much for this change of pace wine.

Rosé - Sparkling
Tasted out of a split bottle, ripe strawberries along with crushed red raspberries on the palate. While on the sweet side of the spectrum not
cloying or anything. Very refreshing sparkler that went well with fried calamari.
White
Melon and yellow orchard fruits with a mineral streak running through the plush finish.

White - Sparkling
Out of a 187ml, bruised orchard fruits with a slight cream finish. Ok Prosecco for the price and ok for Aperol spritzs.
White - Sparkling
Very nice for the $16 us paid. Citrus notes with some orchard fruits with some creamy yeast notes and pleasant enough bubbles.
White - Sparkling
Bitter red fruits with a metallic quinine finish, under cooked shortbread, better options out there to be had in price range.
White - Sparkling
Very nice Champagne for the price, soft red fruits some citrus with a touch of bread flour dough. Very linear and smooth wine with no rough edges. Very much enjoyed and worth seeking out for a change of pace Champagne.
White
Ok Albarino for the price, muted yellow fruits and citrus. Easy drinking summer white.
White
Very low alcohol, which is very much apricated. Pink grapefruit on the nose but not on the palate. Gooseberries, some pear and a slight touch of watermelon rind on the finish. Very much in the A-R style for summer pounding when the weather warms up, very much enjoyed.
