I’m no good at expressing the flavours I smell. All I know is I could sit here all day with my nose in the glass 👌🏼
On the palate it’s spices & berries then moving into a lovely savoury mid palate & finishes fresh.

Mouth filling tannins, chalky but not over powering.
Soft & silky, minerality & a little earth & fennel.

Absolute cracker! Had finess, but still a mouthful. An earthiness & minerality to it with a softness & vanilla flavour.

Bought specifically to drink with chinese food. Absolutely perfect match for it. Not spicey, nicely balanced & inoffensive. Definitely fruit forward but enough dryness to keep it from being too sweet.
