D1h. Garnet red, yellow tinged, 4.5. Peculiar rubber like bouquet, reduce over the first 15min and more classic Vino Nobile character emerge. Racy palate, still some tannin. Drink now. Seems to be on the decline.

DnP. Dark red, 6. Expressive complex bouquet, ripe red fruits, herbs and almost pencil like notes ala Medoc. On the palate ripe fruits are dominant balancing on the too sweet limit, tannins too match making the overall impression elegant. Drink now-2025

This has certainly evolved in to a classic Gigondas to be enjoyed with a solid meal.

Nice crisp style with some age. On the front label 2010 is stated but on the back label 2004 is stated! Considering the rather developed state I tend to believe it’s 2004. However, I keep my notes as it is a 2010.

DnP. Amber colored. Wonderful bouquet oozing of sweet spicy stuff, pourriture noble, raisins, honey, paint... really complex. Well balanced palate still having loads of sweetness to match the acidity, long intense finish presenting the bouquet once more. Drink now but no hurry. This will keep for many more decades.
