Quite a lot better now compared with one year back. Very rich / full bodied and the tannins are now toned down. Just to pop and drink now!

Too much alcohol coming through at this stage. Leave a few more years and hope it will be toned down since the wine has potential....

A bit to tart and will probably develop further
with some more time in the cellar.

Very good and the level of fruit is almost overwhelming. Would probably have been even better with a bit less than the 16,5% alcohol content....!

Just excellent at this stage with a round and full fruity flavour (few traces of tannins, like from the previous bottle). Decanted for one hour and had it with barbecued game. I will drink my remaining 4 bottles within a year since I cannot see how it would get better at this stage.

Has matured rather nice since the previous bottle and is now rather perfect to enjoy.

Jam in a bottle. The first impression of smell and taste was good, but after a while the "jammy" and very sweet/berry taste just took over too much (despite having it with a BBQ steak). Just not my taste of wine!

Expected more power from this Brunello but got something rather pale on the nose, in the mouth and for the eyes. It is good, but not for the price... A bit disappointing wine that soon will be forgotten (or remembered for not being in class with the expectations and in line with the prepared food for a perfect evening...)

Pale on the nose with a hint of berries. A light Bordeaux with not so much structure and a light taste of red berries and leather.
