Beautiful wine. Complex nose, wonderful on the palate, well structured with serious terroir. One of the best Wilamette pinots I have ever had.

Extremely sweet and jammy, almost too much so. I was looking for more body, spice and evidence of stress.

Aging nicely. Oaked has mellowed from the first bottle we drank.

Tons of ripe fruit, big wine, little earth, lacking on the finish...will get better with age...just not sure how much. For the money, buy a Bordeaux.

Not as good as the 2000 Venom but still an excellent wine. While this wine is drinking nice right now, it will hold up beautifully for years to come. Rich dark fruit...cherry and blackberry on the nose. Some leather and tobacco on the palate. Big tannins and full in the mouth. The finish is where this wine does not hold up as well to the 2000. Good, but not great.

This bottle was incredible. We decanted for about 1.5 - 2 hours. This is definitely at the beginning of its drinking window. Berries, earth and some tobacco on the nose. Plenty of complex fruit...blueberries and blackberries. Nice subtle earthiness and soft tannins. Full mouthfeel but not over powering. Long finish. Fantastic wine.

Big tanins and high acidity. Probably could
have sat in the bottle for a while longer. Still very nice with lots of structure and deep fruit.

Lots of nearly over ripe plum. Slightly chalky finish. Not much acidity. Lots of tanins.

Might need some age. Very ripe fruit.

One of the best California Chardonnays I've tasted. Vibrant melon and quince on the nose. Bright acidity and complex minerality. Nice malolactic representation delivering complete mouthfeel and long finish. Not over oaked or buttery. More Burgundian in style than Californian. Beautiful wine.

Vibrant nose with subtle earthiness. Plenty of black cherry fruit and well balanced acidity and mouth-feel. This wine could easily sit in the bottle for another 5 years, maybe 10.
