I'm not so keen on Rueda wines. But this one is always a good choice as a good qpr wine.

Pure grape juice!!. Really good right now. Black fruit and also some menthol note?! makes it fresh. Good body and medium/long finish. Really really good.

As always one of the best QPR in Spain. Modern in expression and sufficient mouth. Probably cellar will round it. But quite good right now.

I don't know why but it was so closed and with a bitter note in the background that didn't make it as enjoyable as other times. Perhaps it wouldl have needed more air.

Less pleasant than previuos times. Perhaps acidity was a bit sharp. Nevertheless, enjoyable with a fish course.

Buff. Milk and yoghourt are very present because of its youngness?. Violet and watermelon also. But cover by vainilla and white chocolate. So so woody. Time will put this wine in its place. On the other hand doesn't have any defect.

After 13 years in its perfect moment right now. Brick brown colour. Time is doing its work because has rounded the tannins I had detected 2 years ago. Elegant mouth with a complex nose.

Previously we had had a bottle of Domaine de la Vieille Julienne Côtes du Rhône. This wine clearly is more consistent and has more to say. Both are south wines but the Priorat one has what a wine of this region must have: earth nose, power but elegant and good finish.

Yes, it's a classic Rioja. I prefer this style: light and acid, than the new ones. But on the other hand vainilla and oak cover everything. I don't know if time will be enough to round the circle.

First of all, this is a 100% Graciano wine. Graciano is a complementary grape in Rioja. Puff, so different from the rest of Riojas. Deep in colour, you never think when you see it what you are going to find. Leather, meat, compote fruit, earth. Really good acidity. Syrah from northern rhone?. Wonderful and in its perfect moment. So so different from a Rioja made of Tempranillo. Contino only produces near 2.000 bottles per year. Lovely.

Totally decompensated. Acidity is sharp. Mouth is fallen down. And lastly, on nose you can't find any significant tempranillo note.

Perfect in a technical point of view. In the modern way wine. Chocolate and vainillas are in the first side but not covering the rest of the aromas. Behind you can have touriga nacional notes as violets. Good mouth and texture. The kind of wine that loves everyone in a table.

Modern in its way. But it's an excellent wine. With full taste on mouth and with a lovely nose. Not in the way of classic foudres ChdP wines but, however, continues making it magnificient. Drinkable right now.

I really love this Ribeiro wine. I'm a bit tired of 100% albariño's wine. Here, treixadura gives a fatty mouth that blended with the good acidity and the albariño's floral note make a beautiful wine.

Different profile than Douro wines. First of all the graduation, you will thank its 13º. Sweet tannins, still hard and with really good acidity. I would have liked to see it in a few years. Earthy and black fruit nose. Really good. Wonderful surprise. 91+.
