Young and polished right now. Have a Bordeaux feel. A big but balanced and not to much concentration. Drink nicely now but will wait a few years with the next bottle. Will expect more grape feel with age.

Drinks well now but can probably go on without any changes for the next 5 years and be a good glass the next. 10. Strong and concentrated. Herbs, licorice and dark fruit. A dark 'polished' Sagrantino. For food

Agree on the tasting note. Still vibrant juicy and fresh. For food. More quality Rosso style than Brunello. Will wait a bit with the last two bottles

Still a power monolith but opens up and a bit softer with air and red meat. Going to be a nice version of its self in 2-3 years

A first for me. A bit more strrong and spicy than expected. Not a favourite still of my but it will suit a grilled white fish. Long aftertaste

Agre With other comments. In the beginning of a good and long drinking window. A bit more Dark and masculin type of BdM. Right now for food but will later standalone nicely.

Good concentration, focus on red berries, the oak touch is very well balanced. A charming and well-made wine for food and with more layers than expected. A good buy

Did not decant but would have been the right thing to do. The classic Saint-Joseph with good concentration and for food. Dark fruit and a bit constraint. Miss more layers of minerals and barn. But if you like your classic northern Rhône syrah this is not a bad glass.

I had to try this one out and as expected a different experience. Firstly a mix of cork and dung. But that went away and turned into dark mature fruit and alcohol. The taste is not in balance. More fresh and a higher acidity than normal pinotage. Good concentration and not too fruit focus. More polished than most pinotage. Some licorice no burned rubber.

Still need some air. Good balance. Both a solid fruit and an elegant freshness.

A bit disappointed. Missing more mineral notes. This is not an altitude wine from the slopes of Etna. The fruit is to much peach and melons. Missing a bit freshness but main minerals and layers. Either bad grape material or bad cellar work. The concentration is fine.

A classic Chianti with a bit rustic but nice dark fruit. Is ready for drinking now. The aftertaste is a bit too dry. Good quality and blance.

What a wonderfull wine, if you like its personality. It still need a bit of Air, but with food it is ready now. In the nose liqued iron and blood. High acidity with a full and long aftertaste. More juicy and not so dry mineral as most high level Etna wines. High complexity. I am happy, that I took this one home from a winestore In Napoli on a familytrip.

A classic Spätlese but a bit to the heavy side. Got a lot of pineapple and unmature mango. Miss a bit of acid and freshness but it gets more of that if matched with the right food.

My first take on this Ligurien grape. A stylish medium red colour. A bit of perfume in the nose. I get a bit of rosé. It is a broad and easy food wine. Not sure if it have rested on steel or wood. Got a bit of bitterness in the aftertaste, that reminds me of cheap marzipan but can be from the grape. Not something I would by again but if you are serving Ligurien food it is not a bad choice

Still quite tannic. Need an hour decanting and food to open up a bit and taking on a bit of weight. A bit juicy character, herbs and dryness from the minerals but missing more volcanic character. Tannic enough to wait a few years but not sure the fruit is strong enough to last.

Should maybe have taken it last year. Light red berries. Fresh cranberry. Missing structure and also a bit out of balance.

Still too young. Only the tannin structure gave it away that it was Nebbiolo. Wait a few years

Still in its early stage of its maturity window. A solid and tight brunello, that needs food to open up.

Northern style Côte-Rôtie. Smoke and mineral in both nose and taste. A nice medium concentration. It is within it's mature window. Not a deep concentration or many layers but a medium good Côte-Rôtie together with food.

A full, fruity and with a touch of wood. Different than a typical Pigato. But a nice and food friendly wine with a good balance. Not a wine for the terrace in the sun.

Perfect time to pick. Less Ahr feeling then in the Spätburgunder. Nice mouthfeel and fruit. Perfect balance.

We had it after a lot of classic and semi classic PN from bourgogne,Oregon and Germany. This one was heavy on the fruit. Almost jammy. Get a bit rum and raisin feel. A bit of heat from the alcohol. But a young well-made wine on its own. But not a PN. Not so much Etna character right now but a salty note was to find.

Seems to be ready. A very elegant northern Italian style. Not very Nebbiolo typical. Elegant medium tannins. Long aftertaste. Need a bit of time in the glass and food. But ready to drink. Expected more layers.
