I've had just about every vintage of the Albe since 2005 - it was the first Barolo I ever purchased, and remains among the few I can afford. I had no idea of the origin of the name; I will pull one out of the cellar this holiday season and think about beautiful sunrises in a magical land I've yet to visit...Cheers!
