TASTING NOTES: The 2010 Cabernet Sauvignon is classically styled, with currant, plum, cassis, and graphite notes on the palate. The nose shows herbal and cedar notes. This is a wine of substantial breadth, with mouth-coating finely-grained tannins. Structured and balanced, this wine will drink at it's peak from 2014-2019.
