Another reason why Grenache is becoming a favorite of mine. Great red fruit out of the bottle with subtle earth tones showing up after it got some air. Drank over two days and the nose changed from good to great. Would buy again.

Drank "hot" out of the bottle - lots of alcohol taste to start - let it breath for about an hour and it was fantastic - everything you like about Grenache.

Aged well - great tannic feel in the mouth. Aroma of tobacco and ripe fruit at the finish. Nice bottle.

Typical off-the-shelf tawny port. Nice caramel on the nose. Reddish-brown in color. Drank very nicely with some rice pudding, nuts and dried fruit.

Brought it to a local BYOB restaurant and drank it with a braised short-rib paparadelle pasta. The wine was very smooth with nice hints of ripe berries and spices. Went great with the meal. Would definitely buy again.

Wow - was very pleasantly surprised by this wine. I've had it for about 3 years and moved with it twice, so was not sure it was going to be good. Uncorked it and took a whiff, and was positive it went bad and the alcohol was very apparent. I left it and moved on to another bottle. By time we came back to it (about 2 hours later) it had finally opened up and mellowed out. It was a deep ruby color with a strong cherry cola nose. Within the first couple sips, you could pick out the cherry cola no problem, and after a few minutes, darker fruit presented itself.

Perfect wine for a light pasta meal with fresh whole grain bread. Light in color with a decent nose. The finish is quick with no lasting notes top brag about. Bright red fruits appear up front. I have enjoyed a couple bottles of this, and will continue to drink.
