Very nice, an AV favorite. Elegant, nicely balanced, ripe red fruit plus earthiness, some integrated minerality, good acid backbone. Light, serve cool.

Tons of fruit but in a balanced way, not overly ripe or rich. Blackberry, cherry, borderline jolly rancher. Not tons of structure but good acid and a touch of tannin. Good cool.

Absolutely delicious with grilled steak and vegetables. Perfect decanted for an hour and served cool. Could drink the whole bottle.

Thought this was delightful. All purity, fruit and elegance. Lifted, lots of backbone, good acid and tannin. Some herbs. Quite enjoyable on its own before dinner, then held up well through a grilled steak. The opposite of deep and brooding.

A bit more acid than the Côte de Nuits Villages, more earth too. Forest floor first, then fruit on the nose. Round and voluptuous on the body, but good backbone coming through. Quite enjoyed it.

Soft and voluptuous, lots of red fruit, cherry, rich, balanced by enough structure, but nothing angular here. Hint of new oak. Some earth on the nose, just a whiff here and there.

Tried on 3 different nights (same bottle), twice in blind tests against other 2010 Brunellos, once on its own. A+ nose, fruit and some earth, maybe a bit of vegetation in there. Lots of fruit on the palate, not dense but rather elegant and lifted. Almost juicy, but with a defined edge to it and plenty of structure. The best showing Brunello at this point, but perhaps not the longest lived.
