Start to open up after an hour. After 4 hours, it is still at its peak. Lively aroma, black fruits, smoky, leathery. Medium-full bodies, a bit spicy, dry and savory. Good and firm tannin with good balanced acidity. Long enough finishing. Great wine.

Breathe 3 hours to arrive its peak. Complex and elegant. Plum, cherry, leathery, earthy with silky tannin. The finishing is not extremely long, but long enough to linger in memory.

It is a good wine but not my expectation for the Leoville Poyferre. It does have some classic elements of St. Julien, but it is a bit “weak” or “small” for impression of this year, especially for a Deuxiemes Crus. It seems that it is not optimistic to say it can still be ageing for several more years, so my suggestion is to drink it now.

Still young. Cherry, a bit smoky and spicy, fine tannin with good balance of acidity. Medium body and quite long finishing. Opened up around 3 hours and it is only better for 24 hours breathing. Can be drank beautifully now.

A little bit too sweet for me. A bit short on finishing. However, still a pretty nice bottle of Gamay. A few more year-time should be better.

Aged well and ready to drink. Classic signature of the leathery and a bit spicy. Medium boby and acidity. Not sure what it would taste when young, but the time did bring out its beauty.

Interesting aroma, more red berry instead of black berry. Soft and fine tannin and medium acidity. It was kind of showing the power of Merlot. A bit savoury and bitter on finishing but quite balanced.

Great aromas when it was poured into the glass. After a while, the nice aromas is still there, the black fruits become more obvious. It is not as impressive as the first hit, but it is still good. A bit spicy with a taste of tobacco and vanilla. Medium-full body and acceptable length of finishing. Still a pretty good wine, especially as a second wine.

Nice aromas, light body and a bit short but acceptable length of finishing. Good wine. With consideration of its price, can’t complain anything. :)

Chateau Cantemerle 2015 is still young. Waiting for 2 hours, it opens up. It is ruby in colour. On the nose, there are the aromas of ripe black fruits like black cherries and black currant. It is medium-full bodies with a bit spicy and dry. The acidity is not high and the tannin is quite fine grained. The finishing is quite long and complex. It will be great to taste the wine after 5 or more years. Nice wine.
