Good wine. A bit of complexity with spice, but pretty flat finish and even a touch of bitters.

Very little tanin out of the bottle. Well balanced grape/pepper/acid flavor.

Very Good wine for the price. Improved with a couple hours of breath. A little bit of tannin flavor, a little bit of pepper

Solid merlot with just a bit of bitterness that detracts from an otherwise typical profile. Might age out of the bitterness, but has very little other flavor besides grape.

Good, easy drinking, a little complexity, not that impressive

Flat. No depth. Un-enjoyable

Drank 1/2 bottle immediately after opening. Very one dimensional, with pleasant grape flavor. A slight spicy aftertaste. Paired pretty well with seasoned Caribou roast, since the food had complexity that the wine lacked.
